Plastic Card Stock

  With our production capabilities, we can supply cards that meet even the highest industrial standards.
We offer custom lamination or silk screening, plus signature panel, magnetic stripe, foil stamping, and more. Our turn around times and pricing will allow you to keep on schedule and within your budget.

  The 7000 & 9000 are PC based, high production embossing systems with production speeds up to 1,200 cards per hour. With their modular design, you can add the embossing, tipping and other modules, as needed for your job requirements.
  The 7000 & 9000 are designed to work as an in-line system, from the embossing of the card to the inserting into an envelope, with all other pertinent mail pieces.

  The 7000 is designed as an entry level system that allows you to add up to six card station modules. The 9000 is an expanded version of the 7000 that virtually allows you to add an unlimited number of card station modules to meet your production needs.

NBS Image Master Thermal Printer

  Like the Ultra Grafix 800, the NBS Image Master Thermal Card Personalization System allows you to personalize your cards with laser-like quality at speeds of up to 1,000 cards per hour.
  Interfaced with your PC, it can print digitalized images, alphanumeric characters, & barcodes in a single pass.
Optional magnetic stripe encoding can also be added to complete your card production requirements.

Dynetics & Spartanics Series Counters

  These card counters are designed to provide an accurate count of plastic cards, in or out of trays, sleeves, or boxes. They count and automatically verify, through fail safe double scanning, the exact number of embossed and non-embossed cards.
  Multiple counts are captured through an internal accumulator that can be store on your PC or sent to a dot matrix printer for audit trail documents.
